Morgan Davies is an entrepreneurial thinking professional with a successful track record for promoting products and services through motorsports. Morgan began racing at the age of 16 with the dream of becoming a professional race car driver. In his first year of competition, Morgan finished 3rd in the SCCA Solo II Championship and was honored with the Colorado Region’s "Rookie of the Year" award. Shortly after his 20th birthday, Morgan received his professional racing license and competed in the 1996 IMSA Toyo Endurance Championship. Competing in only 7 of the 11 races, Morgan finished the season 8th in points; highlighted with a 2nd place finish at the Texas World Speedway and a 3rd place finish at the 24 Hours of Mosport.
At the end of the 1996 season, Morgan decided to return to school full time with the intention of racing after graduation. In 1998, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a Major in Marketing from the University of Colorado. Following graduation, Morgan spent several years operating a commercial real estate development company and an online equity-finance business.
Returning to motorsports in 2002, Morgan competed in the CART Barber Dodge Pro Series, a supporting championship for the ChampCar World Series. In addition to the CART races, he also competed in several Dodge R/T Championship events consistently finishing in the top 10 and setting the "Fastest Race Lap" at Laguna Seca.
In 2006, Morgan will be competing in the ARCA Re/Max Series with the goal of moving into the NASCAR Busch Series.
